Arizona Biohazard Clean Up

Equipment

Our unattended death and violent crimes cleanup team prides itself on being able to effectively and efficiently clean any Arizona property. Our bio-cleaning team has every cleaning tool necessary to clean toxins, mold, bacteria, odors, blood, bodily fluids, and stains, and we train all our employees on how to use these tools properly, safely, and effectively.

Our odor removal team uses the latest innovations to remove even the toughest odors. Our thermal fogging system is state-of-the art and works by producing highly visible fog through heat. When this fog is combined with a deodorizer, it can get into every inch of a home, including into the small fibers of carpets and sofas. The thick, highly visible fog also allows us to see exactly where the fog goes, so no area is left untreated. We take this bio-cleaning process one step further by adding a fresh scent to our fogging system, which leaves your property with an incredibly clean smell.

For even tougher cases, we use a high level of ozone gas to disinfect and deodorize the air. The high levels of ozone gas that we use are unsafe for human exposure during the process, and thus can only be applied by trained and fully-protected individuals, such as ourselves. The benefits of using ozone gas are similar to the benefits of using a thermal fogger; deodorizing gas particles are so small and yet so numerous that they can get into any crack, nook, corner, and material, deodorizing even the most hidden or hard-to-reach spots. Our high-level ozone gas attack on odors is the most aggressive approach that can be taken today, and can remove even the toughest of odors.

When cleaning hazardous materials federal law requires proper removal and disposal. We have all the tools, containers, transportation, and disposal equipment necessary to comply with these laws safely and fully, and to expertly clean up after any violent crime, unattended death, or self-inflicted injury. After removing hazardous materials, we bio-wash hard surfaces, such as a concrete slabs and the interior of wall cavities, using anti-microbial agents. The toxins and residue that are removed during our combination steam cleaning and self-contained pressure-washing process are immediately extracted to a recovery tank mounted inside our bio-cleaning truck, ready for proper disposal. Our bio-cleaning staff members are all trained and experienced in both intense cleaning and decontamination processes.
